The arena has issues lead by age. The concourses are too small, there aren't enough men's rooms, the acoustics are terrible, the seats are old and beginning to show wear There is more use of the organ during the game over pre-recorded music. Too much use of the video board. Nice ceremony for a veteran and a current player. The team is in transition as they try to change the style of play. It will take a few changes in the high end part of the roster. Leadership is quiet and appears lacking. The media and team spokesmen tend to overrate some of the players. But watching them play can be frustrating. I would recommend friends to attend if they like hockey. The local crowd is a little passive. And some of the season tickets don't get used. More cheering for the fight than the game tying goal. The winning goal was well cheered.

Two main points: -tickets were supposed to be loaded with a concession credit. This did not happen and the steps for accessing the credit were non-existent! - I purchased a second set of tickets. There was a lag and I could tell if the transaction went through. I then bought another pair of tickets before I received confirmation that he second purchase went through. There was no way to unwind the third transaction so I was stuck with two seats which went unused. Both suggest a poor experience with Ticketmaster, which is unfortunate as there is no alternative. The Blues manage their online program through Ticketmaster.
